We accept all major credit/ debit cards (Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Discover), PayPal and e-check as payment.
Yes, we ship internationally. All shipping rates are based on weight and destination.
NOTE: DUTIES, TAXES, AND/OR IMPORT FEES IMPOSED BY CUSTOMS ARE NOT INCLUDED IN THE SHIPPING EXPENSE. SEIZE&DESIST L.A. IS NOT RESPONSIBLE FOR ANY ADDITIONAL FEES INCURRED THROUGHOUT THE SHIPMENT PROCESS.
DO YOU ACCEPT EXCHANGES OR RETURNS?
Goods purchased from Seize&Desist L.A. can be returned to Seize&Desist L.A. in their original condition within fifteen (15) days of receipt for a full refund, or within twenty (20) days of receipt for an exchange or a credit with Seize&Desist.

If a return is received without the proper paperwork that traces the return back to the customer Seize&Desist L.A. will not be responsible for issuing a refund or exchange.
WILL YOU RESTOCK A PRODUCT THAT IS SOLD OUT?
All products that are labeled LTD (Limited) are made in limited quantities and sell out quickly. We will rarely bring back an LTD style once it has sold out. As for products that are not labeled LTD, if we have enough demand for that specific style we will bring it back.
We recommend a web search to check for other Authorized Seize&Desist dealers who may have that specific product in stock or check our Stockist link for our top Authorized dealers.
WHAT SHIPPING METHODS DOES SEIZE&DESIST OFFER?
All domestic shipments will ship via UPS. You will have a choice at checkout to choose UPS Ground, UPS 2nd Day Air or UPS Next Day Air Saver.
All international orders will be shipped via USPS Priority Mail International.
WHEN WILL I RECEIVE MY ORDER?
Orders are typically fulfilled within 2-3 business days (Monday-Friday 9am to 4:30pm) from the date and time the order was placed. Delivery times vary depending on location and service chosen. Most domestic shipments will be delivered within 5 business days. International orders will be delivered within 6-10 business days.
We ship from Los Angeles, California. All orders shipping to a California address will be charged 7.25% CA State Sales Tax plus your local city/ municipal Sales Tax.
I NEVER RECEIVED MY ORDER, WHAT SHOULD I DO?
In rare cases, packages can get lost during the shipping process. If your package is lost, we will replace it for you at no charge. However, if the tracking number indicated that your package has been delivered to you, we cannot be held responsible for a package that is claimed to have never been received.
In the event of a style being out of stock we will replace the product with another product of your choice that is equal in value or we will issue a complete refund.

HOW CAN I TELL IF A SEIZE&DESIST ITEM IS FAKE?
If you have concerns whether a product you have purchased elsewhere is authentic, please send detailed photographs to email@example.com and we will verify the authenticity as soon as possible.
